Finding a realtor with patience was key for us as first-time home sellers and home buyers. Jarred wasn't pushy at all, which we really appreciated. He took the time to explain everything in a way we understood, even the things we didn't know we needed to know, like handling deposits. It felt like (and truly was) a genuine individual and professional who was looking out for our best interests, not just trying to make a sale. We were selling our current home and buying a new build. With the (at the time) currently owned home, Jarred was very hands-on along with making sure we checked all our boxes necessary from our setup, moving, and relocating process. With our resale, he was very powerful in negotiating tactics yet made sure to be very practical with our expectations. Our new buy was a new construction build, so there wasn't much room for negotiation. But Jarred helped us see the value in the purchase beyond just the price tag. He talked about future resale potential and how the location could benefit us in the long run. He even compared it to other options we were considering, highlighting the downsides we hadn't noticed. Overall, Jarred made the whole process feel smooth and stress-free. He answered all our questions thoroughly and was always available to talk. We never felt like we were bothering him, even with the silly questions! If you're a first-time seller and/or buyer, I highly recommend Jarred. He made a complicated process feel manageable.

Jared was absolutely amazing to work with! He truly went above and beyond on our land deal. there are not many realtors out there that will put on their hiking boots and trek through the thorns to help you review raw land properties, but he did with a smile on his face. He was also amazing at helping us navigate all the ins and outs of our offer, and we closed at a rate lower than the parcel appraisal which was fantastic news! At every turn with Jared, costs were lower than we expected, which is a buyer dream in this market. We can’t wait to use him to sell our current home in the near future.

Moving is stressful. 2020 has been stressful. When choosing an agent, you are choosing an advocate and strategic partner, not another thing to manage. Below are our top 3 reasons of why you should work with Jarred Denison if you are buying or selling a home/investment property. 1) Communication 2) Integrity 3) Tenacity Communication is key and Jarred was there every step of the way for our family as we negotiated with the largest home builder in the United States for our purchase. If you don’t have someone who is accessible and willing to strongly advocate for you during the process, then you are not getting the full value out of your agent. Jarred fought for us, won us concessions on our home, and acted as sound council to us. He was a dependable partner to us during the entire process, pre-negotiations, through closing, and post-move in. His communication between the builder, us the buyer, and the lender was fantastic and a big reason why we had confidence throughout the entire transaction. If you can’t trust who you work with, what is the point of working with them? You might as well be navigating the process on your own. Advice and council are only valuable if you think it is in your best interest. Jarred never pushed us to decide on anything. Instead, he acted as a sounding board, was extremely patient, and thoughtful during all of our discussions. He didn’t want to just find us a property that “worked,” he wanted to find us a HOME that was the perfect fit for us. He took to the time to understand our needs - short, mid and long term. Jarred never put his interests above ours and earned our trust every step of the way. Finally, you need an advocate for you. Folks, everyone wants your dollars and you need someone willing to go to the mat for you. Jarred had no reservations in advocating for us strongly and was willing to go above and beyond. In our case, he had crucial conversations with not only the agent representing the builder but his boss and his bosses’ boss to make sure the terms where what we wanted and the deal was fair for us, his clients.
